About the founder
For years, I built a life that looked successful while quietly leaving myself behind.
I had learned to be exceptional at meeting everyone else's needs, carrying emotional weight that wasn't mine, and becoming who others needed me to be. From the outside, it looked like strength. Inside, I had become completely disconnected from my own truth.
That disconnection eventually brought me to the lowest point of my life.
The choice I made afterward changed everything.
Not because I became someone new—but because I began the journey of returning to the woman I had abandoned.
